The Best Non-Alcoholic Espresso Martini

This is the quintessential non-alcoholic espresso martini. It is bold, rich, and features that signature frothy top you expect from a high-end cocktail bar.

Whether you are hosting an evening social or planning a date night, this recipe delivers all the classic cocktail vibes without the alcohol. The addition of aquafaba or oat milk ensures a luxurious, velvety texture.

The Secret Ingredient

The base of this drink is our Espresso Martini Infusion Jar. By infusing coffee beans, cacao nibs, vanilla bean, and chicory root in cold brew, you create a deeply complex, sophisticated base.

Note: Each infusion jar yields approximately 30 oz of infused cold brew (enough for about 10 drinks). Because the botanicals are contained in an infusion bag, no straining is required!

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Espresso Martini Cold Brew Infusion

  • 1 oz Fresh cold brew or chilled espresso (optional, for extra intensity)

  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup or maple syrup (optional but recommended for balance)

  • 0.5 oz Aquafaba (chickpea water) OR 1 oz creamy oat milk (for foam)

  • Ice

  • 3 espresso beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add the infused cold brew, fresh cold brew or espresso (if using), simple syrup, and aquafaba or oat milk.

  3. Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds—this hard shake is crucial for building that beautiful, thick foam.

  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  5. Garnish with 3 espresso beans gently placed on the foam for a classic, sophisticated finish.
