Decadent Irish Cream Mocktail Martini (Non-Alcoholic Dessert Drink)
Indulgent and creamy, this Irish Cream Mocktail Martini is the perfect after-dinner dessert drink.
By combining our rich coffee and cacao infusion with a non-alcoholic Irish cream base, you get a decadent, velvety mocktail that feels incredibly celebratory. It is the ultimate treat for when you want something rich and sophisticated without the alcohol.
The Secret Ingredient
The base of this drink is our Espresso Martini Infusion Jar.
Note: Each infusion jar yields approximately 30 oz of infused cold brew (enough for about 10 drinks). Because the botanicals are contained in an infusion bag, no straining is required!

Homemade Non-Alcoholic Irish Cream
Makes: ~1 cup (enough for 2-3 drinks) Time: 5 minutes, no cooking required
The classic Baileys flavor comes from three things working together: cream richness, chocolate depth, and the vanilla + almond extract duo. The almond extract is the one most people miss β it's what gives Baileys that slightly nutty, warm, almost marzipan-like undertone that makes it taste distinctly "Irish cream" rather than just chocolate milk.
Ingredients
ΒΌ cup Heavy cream (use coconut cream for dairy-free)
ΒΌ cup Whole milk or oat milk (oat milk gives a naturally sweet, creamy result)
2 tbsp. Chocolate syrup (or 1 tsp cocoa powder + 1 tsp maple syrup)
2 tsp. Chilled espresso or cold brew (strong is better β this adds depth, not coffee flavor)
ΒΌ tsp. Vanilla extract (pure, not imitatiion)
β tsp (a small dash) Almond extract (this is the signature note)
Pinch of fine sea salt (rounds out the sweetness and lifts all the flavors)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake hard for 12β15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Strain and use immediately β or store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.
