Note: Each infusion jar yields approximately 30 oz of infusion base (enough for about 10 drinks). Because the botanicals are contained in an infusion bag, no straining is required!

Ingredients
3 oz Cherry Lime Infusion
3 oz Premium tonic water (such as Fever-Tree Mediterranean)
1 oz White tea (brewed strong and chilled)
Ice
Fresh mint sprig and a dried cherry for garnish
Instructions
Fill a large wine glass or goblet with plenty of ice.
Pour in the chilled white tea and the Cherry Lime Infusion.
Slowly pour the premium tonic water over the ice to preserve the carbonation.
Gently stir with a bar spoon to integrate the flavors without losing the fizz.
