Ingredients
3 oz Cherry Lime Infusion
0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
3 oz High-quality ginger beer (spicy preferred)
Ice (crushed ice works best)
Candied ginger and a lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
Fill a copper mug or a sturdy highball glass with crushed ice.
Pour the Cherry Lime Infusion and fresh lemon juice directly over the ice.
Top with the spicy ginger beer.
Stir gently from the bottom up to ensure the infusion mixes well with the ginger beer.
Garnish with a piece of candied ginger on a cocktail pick and a twist of lemon peel, expressing the lemon oils over the top of the drink before dropping it in.
